• The minimum booth size is 4 m² (2x2 m), the maximum booth size per company is 80 m². Anything in between is possible. The entire booth, the staff and the exhibited products must fit on the booked space.  
• In order to make optimum use of the location, a depth of 3 m must be booked from a size of 9 sqm and a depth of 4 m from 16 sqm. A depth of 5 m must be expected for booths larger than 25 sqm.
• Shared booths: 4 square meters are required per company.
• The layout is flexible and changes every year, therefore booth locations cannot be selected. There is no guarantee of placement or exact stand dimensions booked.

Additional bookings such as furniture or electricity can be ordered at a later date. You can find the price list for 2025 here so that you can plan the costs better.

•  Up to 7 days after stand booking: free of charge

•  Thereafter: 25% of the booth price

•  From April 30, 2025: 50% of the booth price

•  From dispatch of the final booth plan: 80% of the booth price Standpreises

•  From July 31, 2025: 100% of the booth price

•  No-Show*: 150% of the booth price

*No-show means that you do not show up without canceling. If you book your stand but do not show up and do not inform us in advance, 150% of the stand price will be charged.

The Guitar Summit is a silent show. Testing and demonstrating equipment via amplifiers is only permitted with headphones.
