Baron Elektro-Gitarren
Oliver Baron will officially present his latest model, the Model 2, for the first time at the Guitar Summit 2024 in Mannheim. This solid-body model expands the range of Baron Elektro-Gitarren and offers a versatile alternative to the already successful Model 1 hollow-body version.
The Model 2 features a solid body made of lightweight, resonant okumé wood, which provides a more compact sound with more compression and pressure – especially with distorted sounds. Compared to the hollowbody version, the body is flatter and made without hollow chambers, which produces a denser, more centered sound characteristic.
Despite the simpler construction, the workmanship is of the usual high quality. The Model 2 impresses with its quick response, balanced sound characteristics and a long, even finish. It is suitable for a range of musical styles and offers a more affordable entry into the Baron universe, without compromising on quality.
The instrument is available now for a price starting at €4,900 and comes with high-quality accessories such as a molded case, certificate and tools.

Duke Guitars is introducing the Duke Pro Acoustic Series, handmade in Germany by master luthier Martin Bretscher, at Guitar Summit. These new models completely dispense with tropical woods and instead rely on domestic alternatives such as service tree, speierling and whitebeam, the tree of the year 2024. The guitars are made from wood stocks from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which are sustainably processed. The models in the Duke Pro Acoustic series combine high-quality construction with a resource-saving approach.
Cole Clark presents the True Hybrid series, an innovative combination of acoustic and electric guitar. These thinline models use the Cole Clark PG3 acoustic pickup and allow for various pickup configurations, including single coils and humbuckers. Cole Clark’s technology, which perfectly balances the sound of phosphor bronze strings, is unique and allows for seamless switching between acoustic and electric sounds.
In addition, Cole Clark offers the new Studio Series, which is significantly more affordable due to a collaboration with a Chinese manufacturer. The guitars are prefabricated in China and finalized in Melbourne. Despite the lower price, the models impress with high-quality materials such as Australian Bunya and the proven 3-way pickup system. Jared James Nichols has established himself as one of the most talented musicians worldwide, a true “player’s player”. Jared has been a BLACKSTAR artist for 14 years, so it was only a matter of time before his second signature model was released: the JJN 50 & JJN 212 VOC.
Jared has been playing the St. James 50 EL34H live since its release, and his new signature amp is based on this proven platform. The JJN 50 features a switch that reduces amplifier power from 50 to 2 watts, as well as a SAG setting that provides more compression. Together with the integrated reactive load and professional connections, including XLR and USB-C, the JJN 50 is the perfect companion for quiet stages. The design team from Northampton has also developed a special BLUES POWER circuit that drives the amplifier with rich overtones and harmonious overdrive sounds.
Many speaker types were tested to match the JJN 212 VOC speaker cabinet. Jared finally opted for a Celestion G12T-75 on top and a lightweight Celestion Zephyr on the bottom. This blend keeps the cabinet light and perfectly matches his playing style.

Bond NPcaster body is made of select European alder. The neck of the guitar is made of traditional American roasted maple and reinforced with a double action truss rod system. The open gear tuners and stainless steel tele bridge by Hipshot USA look absolutely stunning. Pickups are top-notch handcrafted single coils by Bare Knuckle Pickups with Alnico V magnets. A typical telecaster problem of awkward switch placement is solved by a custom front plate that holds the switch angled. The classic with new upgrades: “Telow multicaster” – Expand your appearance!
With the specially developed bridge, Telow can significantly expand the T-style sound with the multiscale fretboard. The slanted barrel bridge has three rollers in the classic way. The pickup positions remain true to the classic, while the extended-range fretboard brings an incredible expansion of the sound spectrum. From the classic 25.5“ to the 27” baritone scale, everything is included here. And with the 7“-10” compound radius, it is easy to play. Pickups and electronics were tuned to the guitar by Kloppmann Electrics.
A split humbucker was specially developed for the humbucker version. So we have original SC sound and fat humbucker pressure, selectable via 5-way blade switch.
For the SC-HB, mahogany was chosen for the body. Telow is available in SC-SC or SC-HB versions.

EBG-Instruments presents the EBG-6 TC (Tele-Style Titanium Guitar). This guitar impresses with its absolute simplicity, coupled with extremely cool features.
The guitar has 24 frets, a compound radius (10“-16”), titanium bridge, titanium wings, hidden screws and an extremely elegant finish in high-gloss mother-of-pearl white. The new 3D printed titanium bridge also enhances attack and sustain. The titanium bridge was designed by EBG-Instruments.
The bridge was designed by EBG-Instruments. The material titanium allowed the bridge to be visually based on a T-style bridge without sacrificing the stability of a fixed bridge, and to maintain the Tele look. The compensated saddles on the bridge are also made of titanium.
In combination with the beautiful flamed maple neck, this instrument radiates an extremely elegant simplicity. Furthermore, the guitar body is routed on the inside, making it clear and free of a pickguard. The neck pickup and the toggle switch have a hidden screw connection, which further enhances the simplicity of the instrument. The open Häussel pickups with fat magnets and the titanium bridge make this guitar an absolute all-rounder.

Classic synthesizer sounds, devastating distortion – more than just a fuzz pedal: Knife Drop is the perfect triple mix of your input signal, combined with a monophonic analog-style synthesizer and footswitch-activated octaves. An ADSR-style envelope controls the cutoff frequency of a resonant low-pass filter with adjustable attack, resonance, and cutoff. The filter position can be freely determined, so it can be placed before or after the distortion to explore radically different sound textures.

First-time introduction in Germany:
The Faith Nexus series debuts in Germany with the FPVSF Auditorium model with Cutaway. This stunning instrument features a Solar Flare Satin Sunburst finish, a solid mahogany body and neck, and an ebony fretboard, bridge, and headplate. With a 645 mm scale length, abalone rosette, NuBone saddle and bridge in black, and black tuners, this model is visually and acoustically remarkable. The built-in Fishman Presys II electronics deliver excellent sound quality. A gig bag is included. MSRP: 1029,- €.
Also new is the Faith FX Exotic series, featuring the FXNCE-MD Baby Jumbo model with Cutaway. This guitar shines with its Moondust Grey Hi-Gloss finish and a solid figured Java mango body and top. With a 650 mm scale length, ebony fretboard, flamed maple binding, and Grover tuners, along with Fishman INK3 electronics, this instrument offers outstanding sound and playability. Fendt’s Finest
Ellis Hahn from Portland, Oregon, is the new star among American bass builders. In fact, this is only partly true, as Ellis has been working in Roger Sadowsky’s workshop since 2006 and has become one of the world’s best bass builders over the years.
Together with Fendt’s Finest – The Bass Kitchen, Ellis will present a new model at the Guitar Summit in Mannheim, i.e. before the Namm Show in January.
The prototype is a 24-fret instrument that differs from conventional models in its semi-single cut design, extra-large neck pocket and 6-point bolt-on. The bass will be exhibited at stand 274 of Fendt’s Finest.

Flattley Guitar Pedals
The “Valkyrie” Chorus pedal is our take on those 80’s flangers we all had but sadly sold at some point. Using similar delay line technology from that era, the Valkyrie pedal also has a wider range of control and depth to be able to do more than “just that chorus sound”. A classic effect derived from taking a signal through a delay line whose speed is being modulated by a low frequency oscillator and then adding that signal to the original. Simple to drive with just two controls, Rate and Depth.

At the Guitar Summit, Franz Bassguitars is presenting its latest model: the Merak Shorty. This features the same details as its big brother: carbon-reinforced neck with asymmetrical neck profile and compound radius, arched and chambered body. With its 30.0” scale length and compact proportions, a moderate weight between 3.2 and 3.6 kg (depending on the type of wood chosen), it sits very balanced on the body, allowing for relaxed playing both on the strap and while sitting. The Merak Shorty comes standard with splittable MM Oldstyle humbuckers by Harry Häussel and passive electronics. As usual with Franz bass guitars, the Merak Shorty can of course also be customized from a wide range of options.

fretlook
More than just a sticker! – under this motto, the German start-up fretlook has been revolutionizing the guitar industry with its stick-on fretboard designs since 2020. In 2024, the company will be represented at Guitar Summit for the first time with a booth, supported by two absolute top guitar players of the industry.
Together with Polyphia guitarist Tim Henson, fretlook has transformed the legendary Tree Of Death into an inlay sticker design that can be quickly and easily applied to any guitar fretboard. Visitors will have the opportunity to see and try out the ToD throughout the entire Guitar Summit.
With the Blues Power Collection, fretlook and Jared James Nichols are launching two new handsigned signature inlay designs, which will be presented at a meet and greet and signing session at the fretlook booth on Friday, September 27th at 3 pm.

Just in time for the 10th anniversary of the opening of GuitArT HN – our music store with a custom guitar shop in Heilbronn – we are launching a new brand: GuitArT Axes
We are starting with two models that could hardly be more different.
On the one hand, the strictly limited 10th Anniversary model, which will be shown and available to order for the first time at the Guitar Summit. A real shredder axe in the spirit of the 80s transferred to the here and now. The first 3 binding orders placed during the summit days will receive a €500 summit discount.

The second model has little in common with our anniversary model, but is our own modern interpretation of a classic. Right down to the model name, our penchant for hybrids is reflected in the TS-HB90.
The few similarities between the two new GuitArT axes can be found partly in the woods, the choice of a (different) bridge humbucker from Bare Knuckle and, of course, both axes are made in Germany.

In 2021, Homestead Guitars partnered with Danny Vera, a rising star in Dutch music, to design his custom guitar featuring diamond-shaped headstock decorations. This collaboration led to the release of the Danny Vera Signature model, which includes his signature design on the headstock. The guitar features an Adirondack top, Rosewood sides and back, a unique V-shaped bridge with Mother of Pearl inlay, and an Ebony pickguard. Hopf Electric Guitars
With the Saturn 23, we interpret the legendary Starclub guitar from the 60s in a modern and innovative way. It was developed together with Boris Dommenget – a great of his guild known for his high-end custom guitars. The arched top and back of the Saturn are hand-stitched and its body is made in traditional construction – proof of the extraordinary skill of this master-builder, who learned his craft at the traditional company Hopf end of the 70s.
The elegant offset-design with two sound holes and pearloid-binding for the body, neck and headstock is accentuated by a sophisticated emerald-green flipflop finish, which changes from green to goldburst. The materials are exquisite: a top made of alpine spruce, sides and back made of maple and a mahogany center block preventing unwanted resonances. The one-piece mahogany-neck in medium-C-shape with ebony fingerboard and diamond inlays made of mother-of-pearl offers optimal playability. All supported by the Duesenberg Radiator tremolo.
Actual highlight is the sound: the patented Doublebuckers deliver both powerful PAF sounds and crisp single-coil tones – very different from what you know from usual coil-splitting. Lovers of beautiful amps, this guitar combo is made for you! The 530 BlueVerb Combo is an ultra-compact amp mounted in 6L6 in the vintage Californian spirit, offering very natural clean sounds as well as a slightly fuzzy crunch.
