When booking, 20% of the tour price is due as a deposit as well as the entire price for any tickets booked. You will receive an invoice for the remaining amount approx. 4 weeks before the start of the trip. The travel documents will be sent to you after receipt of payment (approx. 1 week before departure). The Guitar Summit ticket and other services will be waiting for you in your hotel room on arrival.

    Cancellation before the start of the trip:

    Travel insurance:
    We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. For Covid 19, separate insurance may be required. Please contact us for details.

    Payment arrangements/delivery of documents:
    Upon registration, 20% of the trip price is due as a deposit. We will send you an invoice for this. You will receive the remaining payment invoice approx. 4 weeks before the event.
